We want you to love the products that you buy from us. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, drop us a mail within 10 days of delivery with details at email@example.com with "Returns and Replacement" as a subject and we will get back to you.
In case you received the wrong item?
Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery with the invoice and we will deliver the right item at no cost to you or refund your money(only applicable on prepaid orders), whichever you prefer.
In case you received a damaged item?
Drop us an email at email@example.com within 10 days of delivery with the picture of the damaged item and invoice. We will send a replacement product or refund your money (only applicable on prepaid orders), whichever you prefer.
In case you simply did not like an item?
Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 05644-220733. Our customer delight team will help you with your queries and resolve it within 24 hours. Please note that there will be no return taken unless the delivered item is damaged or wrong item.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not been shipped by dropping an email at email@example.com or call at 05644-220733.
Shipping charges on purchase?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount of Rs.300, which is notified from time to time. We do not offer Cash-On-Delivery. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
Refund is provided for prepaid orders only. Your refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card, or whichever available) that was used to make the purchase.
